RD Gateway Server Farm Error

I have tried enabling the RD Gateway Farm in my Server 2012R2 environment. I have 2 RD Gateway servers, and I have searched high and low. I cannot find anything containing this error:

the rpc http load balancing service is not functioning on this rd gateway server

What configuration could I have wrong in my environment? We are using an F5 load balancer in front of the two RDS Gateway servers.
