Windows Photo Viewer Print Problem

While i try to print photo from #windows Photo Viewer but always show me this problem which one i attach blow :

    Hi,

    To assist you better, I would like to ask some questions:

    1. What is the make and model of your computer?
    2. Are you able to print the photos directly from the file location?
    3. Did you make any changes prior to this issue?
    4. Is the issue occurring with a particular picture or all pictures?
