Lost emails after Computer crashed

One of our computers running Win 7 crashed and appears to be beyond repair. Among the losses are send and received emails from two live.com accounts. Question: Does Microsoft keep copies on file of those in and out emails and, if so, would it be possible to send those to this computer running Win 10? If anyone should mention it, the repair person could not access the external backup facility provided and I have no idea at this time (computer still in repair shop) if the backup facility from Win 7 will run with Win 10.

Thanks.

J.
