Kindly help me on this issue

while opening application

Showing" Failed to load control 'SisX' From Sis_X.ocx. Your version of Sis_X.ocx may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application.

I have tried all the possible ways to solve but i couldn't.
