Microsoft Security Essentials update - Installation error 80070653

Question

I am receiving this error message80070653 for Microsoft Security Essentials update - 4.5.216.0 (KB2949787).

Unfortunately, when I try to look for information, the only code to appear is 80070643.  Can anyone assist with this?
