- Do you have any security software installed on the computer?
- Are you using any proxy connection to connect internet?
- Are you logged into a Microsoft Live account or a Local account?
- Did you make any significant changes prior to this issue?
As per the issue description you are unable to install an app from Windows Store and getting Error Code 0x8070780. This could be if Windows Store Cache might be full. So, let’s try clearing the store cache and check if that helps.

- Press the “Windows Logo” + “R” on the keyboard.

**Make sure User Account Control (UAC) is enabled.**Press the Windows key and from the Start screen type "UAC" and on the right, select Settings.
Select Change User Account Control settings and verify here.

Check the Date & Time Zone is correct or not:
Follow these steps to change the time.
- Double Click on the current time on the bottom right hand corner of your screen.
- Then click Change date and time settings, then click the Change time zone button
- Select your time zone and tick automatically adjust clock for daylight saving time and press OK
- Then press Apply, and OK.
