I cannot update the tenant branding under Azure Active Directory > Company branding.
I have previously created a unique brand, which is now called "Default" under Locale. I can upload new files, but when I save I get the error message "Failed to update tenant branding".
I tried adding another language, but it showed the same fail message.
When I only have one language, I can't seem to remove it (delete button is inactive).
I don't want to have to pay $29 to get Azure support for what is likely a bug (or poorly designed UX).
Anyone with a solution?
Hi @Rasmus Rasmusson , did this occur after you tried to add something new? This can occur when you add an image that is incorrectly sized. Also, no worries about the support request. If needed I can get you a free ticket. Please let me know and I can help you further.

I updated the page a few years ago, and haven't touched it since. Now I can't even edit it, so I don't' think it's related to incorrect image size.
What do you suggest I do?

Strange. I checked and it was sent on Saturday 20th. I just sent it again.

I ran into this same issue today when trying to set up Company branding using both Firefox and Edge.
The weird thing is that the company Banner logo was saved, but the square logo images were not. All images are under the max file size and match the resolution and file format.
