Remote Desktop Services Folder Redirection

I'm using a remote app and when my end users go to save to their Documents folder they don't realize it's on the Remote Session Host. I'd like to redirect all their folders to their client machine, so when they save to their documents it resides on their local machine. I don't want to use roaming profiles. I've searched everywhere for this answer and can't seem to find what I'm looking for. My host is Server 2008 R2 and I have a mix of Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 client machines.
