Customize Windows PE

Question

hello friends, i want to make a pe by my hand. So i followed the adk guide to make a pe. (This link https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh825110.aspx) . But i failed to customed the pe. such as add 

WinPE: Adding PowerShell support to Windows PE

and i got errors like this

The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log

and the dism log had these errors

i tried to change os, windows 2012 R2 datacenter& windows7  professional，not worked.

What should i do?
