Hi All,
I am getting APC_INDEX_MISMATCH BSOD randomly, and mostly getting when doing Switch/Log Off user. Being an IT tech guy I have tried many fixed but failed. Nothing shows up in Event Viewer also. I know this is caused by some driver most probably but how can I troubleshoot which driver exactly it is. This is a freshly installed Lenovo T460p laptop.
Please note that I am an IT technician, so I have all knowledge about Windows 7, and I have performed all basic steps.
