Project Astoria was cancelled officially February 2016.
The option to install APK files was never intended for end users, only developers.

hi i am dinesh i have been using 830 for more than a year i upgraded to windows 10 through windows insider preview i did that successfully and i need android apps in my windows 10 mobile i have been trying it by reading and watching tutorials in youtube but i am facing a new problem while pairing it with apktowin10m tool i am experiencing error code 9 help me plz . How to fix it????
