File/Folder Context Menu text scrambled

Since quite a long time, I have a strange issue with my file/folder context menu in Windows 10 Pro.
I have looked extensively for solutions online but could never find one that fits my problem, so that's why I am asking here now.

The problem is that, with the scrollable part of my file/folder context menu, at the bottom part of my screen (my context menu is quite long but I don't mind that), the items that are not visible until I scroll them, the text is scrambled as if more than 1 item/text is showing at once. Please see the attached screenshot, it will speak for itself.

Does anybody know how I can fix this? Thanks, Arnoud

P.s. I couldn't find a matching tag, so I just chose one more or less ad random

    Hi Arnoud,
I consider that you could reboot into Safe Mode to check if it could work.
    Then perform a clean boot
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows-da2f9573-6eec-00ad-2f8a-a97a1807f3dd
According to your description and the picture, it may be related to your Context Menu items or system files.
So what's your system OS build? Type "winver" in Search Bar to check. Have your tried check for update to install the latest security updates? This will update the system OS build and system files.
At last, try to create a new local account to log on check if it is still insists under new account.
Hope this helps and please help to accept as Answer if the response is useful.
    Best Regards,
    Carl

    Update-2:

Well, I did it anyway and I finally localized the problem.
My problem is caused by the Stardock Windowblinds SERVICE (by Stardock).
So. I will report it to Stardock support.
    Thanks for your help!

    Best,
    Arnoud

    Hi Carl,

Thanks for your reply, I missed it in first instance.

I tried to remove clutter from my context menu with various tools, but that doesn't seem to help.

Win version is 20H2, build 19042.804, and I have all latest updates installed.

I wil to do the clean boot and new local account, and will report afterwards.

    Best,
    Arnoud
