Hello Renato,

Thank you for posting your question on Microsoft community.

I appreciate you for providing details about the issue and your efforts towards resolving it.

This issue may occur if drivers for the device are not installed.

I would suggest you to refer this article and check.

Refer:

Error codes in Device Manager in Windows

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/310123#bookmark-28

I would also suggest you to run hardware and devices troubleshooter and check the issue.

Refer:

Open the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Open-the-Hardware-and-Devices-troubleshooter

It checks for common issues and makes sure that any new device or hardware attached to your computer was installed correctly.

Additional Information:

Update a driver for hardware that isn't working properly

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/update-driver-hardware-isnt-working-properly#update-driver-hardware-isnt-working-properly=windows-7

I hope this information helps.

Please do let us know if you need any further assistance.

Thank you
