What's the make and model of your keyboard? Already tried using other keyboard and is it doing the same thing with other apps besides Windows Live Mail and Office?

At the moment words will occasionally repeat when I press [BACKSPACE]. It does this in windows office but also in Windows Live Mail. In Windows Mail, the following key patters produce these results; by pressing:
" and then [BACKSPACE] will produce ""
' and then [BACKSPACE] will produce ''
I (capital i) then [SPACE] and then [BACKSPACE] will produce II (repeated capital i)
Occassionally, MS Word, Publisher, and Excel will do something similar with full words.
