Windows Server 2012 won't boot up

Hi! First of all, a little bit of background; I run a Windows Server 2012 R2 on a virtual drive, mounted on virtualbox, with currently 10 GB of RAM and 135 GB of HD (19 of them are available right now)... Here's my problem; today I was having issues with a program (getting appcrash error due to d3d10warp.dll), so I tried uninstalling the three .NET Framework versions I had installed (4, 4.5 and 4.5.1) and installing the 4.6.2 version, with no luck as I was still getting the appcrash error. After that failed attempt, I tried copying a newer version of the faulty dll from a perfectly functional computer to the one I was having issues with, but as many of you know, you can't just copy and paste stuff into system32, so I tried modifying some security options (I granted full control to Everyone) and I changed the owner of the whole drive to administrator... Still no luck copying that dll. Next, I tried unchecking the "read only" option on the sys32 folder, it didn't work either. I forgot all about it, reseted the virtual machine and now I can't get Windows to boot again... it just shows the Win logo and the loading icon and then the screen turns completely black

I tried a lot of the recommended stuff online with no results (booting from Windows installation drive, troubleshooting options on startup, starting on safe mode, starting from last known good configuration, and a long list of etc.)...

What do you think is the problem and what can I do to fix it?

UPDATE: Ok, so as I was typing, the virtual machine finally started, but it now shows the screen below, constantly blinking, and I can't interact with it, any ideas?
