My service experienced 2+ hours delay between when record is received by Azure Monitor ingestion endpoint and when record is stored in workspace and available for queries.
This delay happened on all Log Analytics workspaces under my 2 subscriptions
As there is no change to the log part of my service and it has been running well for months, may I know if there was something wrong in Azure during that time?

Azure Monitor Status is a good place to check incident and I'm following it by using my work email. Does it mean that I can receive email when a new incident is logged there?
Is there a solution that a notification email can be sent to a group email of my organization when there is an incident in Azure Monitor system? Any other solution that my organization can be notified when there is something wrong in Azure Monitor system?
@Tim Jin Yes, you may receive notifications related to the Azure Monitor Status. To be automatically notified for Azure monitor status across organization, you could use Logic apps to automate this process. A sample solution has been documented in this article which sends you email based on the triggers specified in the Logic App. Kindly go through and accommodate it based on your requirements.
