SBS 2011 Logon issues

At my work we have a Server running Small Business Server 2011.  Recently all the client computers that access resources from the server are requiring the user's credentials to be entered for each folder or drive they attempt to access.  This is after having a successful login to their PC.  It's not just for files on the server either. If the client attempts to access a file on a different client computer, the first attempt after starting up will require the user to input their credentials again.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
