Hi,

"Why can't we make CON, PRN,Null folder in windows? \[duplicate\]"

"Forbidden file and folder names on Windows"

https://blog.onetechnical.com/2006/11/16/forbidden-file-and-folder-names-on-windows/

The following are reserved names, which cannot be assigned to a folder or file (normally):

  • CON
  • PRN
  • AUX
  • CLOCK$ (NT and older)
  • NUL
  • COM1
  • COM2
  • COM3
  • COM4
  • COM5
  • COM6
  • COM7
  • COM8
  • COM9
  • LPT1
  • LPT2
  • LPT3
  • LPT4
  • LPT5
  • LPT6
  • LPT7
  • LPT8
  • LPT9

Cheers.
