Can't download iTunes.com to setup apple ipad air. Error 2503 and 2502 come up. I have a window 8.1 laptop.

Apple says I have to uninstall 5 apple programs  in my control panel. Microsoft says to go to the community for help.

  I,ll wait for a reply .

Hi,

Here is how to uninstall programs in Windows 8.1.

From your main page, press the Windows + R to open the Run windows then type Control panel and hit enter.

In the Control Panel you can quickly access the old Add or Remove Programs by clicking or tapping the "Uninstall a program" link found in the Programs section.

Another way is to open the Control Panel and go to "Programs -> Programs and Features".

Sometimes you'll see Uninstall/Change as one choice rather than two. However, when that happens, that program can only be uninstalled.

If this still doesn't work, we suggest you to contact your manufacturer for further assistance.

Regards,

    Hi,

    See if this assists you:

"Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later"

    https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204275

Use the Control Panel to uninstall iTunes and related software components in the following order:

    1. iTunes
    2. Apple Software Update
    3. Apple Mobile Device Support
    4. Bonjour
    5. Apple Application Support 32-bit
    6. Apple Application Support 64-bit

Or try this free Revo Uninstaller Program to remove it.

    http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo\_uninstaller\_free\_download.html

"How-to-Use" Instructions are included there: Read information in Tabs across the top.

And after you download and save iTunes > right click on its setup.exe/install.exe > select Run as Admin to install it.
