Ad that I Cannot Delete

At the top of Inbox of my hotmail account, I now have an ad that cannot be deleted. It switches between an ad for Microsoft Outlook and an ad for VinylSidingZone.com. It is only the first line of my inbox and marked "ad" on the far right. This started about a week ago and the two ads have not changed. Happens on any computer or browser from which I access my hotmail account. Is there anyway to get it deleted?
