I keep getting this error before game starts ( File IO failure: createDirectoryFailed, error code 5, filename data\plugins\remedy\modules\pc)what does it mean? how do I fix?

    • Are you getting the error message in a specific game?
    • Which game are you trying to play?
    • Were you able to play the game before without having the same error message?
    • Which version of Windows are you using?
    • Have you already tried to uninstall and reinstall the game?
