Send media session data over bluetooth

Hi! I'm building a custom keyboard which will have a display that could display various things. I would like to be able to send the song title and artist as well as the album artwork over bluetooth to my keyboard so that it could display them. How would I go about getting the data from the media session thing in Windows 10?

What type of app are you developing, win32 or uwp? You could check this sample to get the information first.
