We suggest running an SFC scanand DISM commandto check for any corruption on your files that might be causing the issue. To run SFC scan, please click hereand follow the provided instructions. If you'll still be having the same problem, the next step is running the DISM command. Please follow the steps below:
- Press Windows + X.
- Select Command Prompt (Admin).
- Type the following command and press Enter:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
It may take 5-10 minutes before the command will finish running reports. Do not close the command prompt window. If the DISM command changed anything, restart your computer for the change to take effect. After restarting your device, run the SFC scan one more time and check if the issue will now be resolved.
