Ghost like cursor virus HELP!!!!

I have replaced over 3 laptops since September because every time I get a new it's like there is a ghost virus and it take over the control. I cursor starts moving around like crazy opening and closing applications.  The first 3 laptops was the Surface Pro and then I switched to a Dell. Same issue. The laptop is only used for school so no other websites are visited. Reached out to the school tech support and they stated that no one has reported the issues am having when visiting their website. The last incident it completely removed the operating system. I have Malware bytes and Windows Defender and when used to check for virus, no virus is detected. Actually while running the Malware bytes the cursor started acting crazy as usual but no virus was detected. Please help.

    If you don't use the Microsoft wireless remote, are you facing the same issue too?

    Try use different mouse and see whether problem persist?

    I was using the Microsoft wireless remote but I stopped....No....yes.

    Are you using any external mouse for the device?

    Have you installed any remote control or remote monitoring software?

    Are you facing this issue when you are not connected to internet too?
