Error while installing sql server 2008

When i tried to install SQL server 2008, it is showing the following error.

TITLE: SQL Server 2008 R2 Setup

The following error has occurred:

An error occurred during the installation of assembly 'Microsoft.VC80.MFCLOC,version="8.0.50727.4027",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",processorArchitecture="amd64",type="win32"'. Please refer to Help and Support for more information. HRESULT: 0x80070091.

I tried 2 to 3 times after uninstalling the previous version 2005 and Microsoft framework 4.5. it is not working. The same error it is showing while installing SQL Server Datatools-Business intelligence for visual studio. Can anyone help me ?????
