Screen scrolls down automatically

I have Lenovo G50 laptop for 1.5 years with windows 8. Today when i wanted to work on excel sheet  when i typed any number the screen started going down n down when i tried to scroll up it won't.. same problem when i tried to use my google chrome browser. I scanned my entire system with Kaspersky.. it showed some viruses.. i deleted all the affected files.. but problem continues.. all the keys are fine...they are not stuck down..can u plz help?
