update the driver. if the manufacturer of the device doesn't have an update yet, disable it first or go to previous OS when it was working. just my two cents though. :D

I Have an HP Envy x360 convertible. I recently noticed that the screen doesn't flip and when i checked device manager i saw that there was an error in the HID Sensor Collection Which read "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)" .
I already checked for updates and also tried troubleshooting and it just detects the problem but doesn't fix it.
