I have a problem with my CPU. It works always in 50% and in games up to 100%. I've found that the "svchost.exe" use so much, here is a photo of resource monitor http://imgur.com/hbzHYzf .
My system:
CPU: Intel Celeron G530 Dual Core 2.4GHz
RAM: 6GB DDR3
GPU: Nvidia GT 630 1GB DDR5.
HDD: 450GB
Update*: I've stoped windows update service and now my cpu is working below 50%(1-10%). I know that stoping windows update is not good but it will affect my hardware or software very bad?

There is a known problem with Windows Update where one of the symptoms is a svchost Process running amok.
The Microsoft engaged alleged "experts" have never demonstrated any ability to resolve the issue.
"Trimming down unnecessary Services" is not the solution.
If you want to fix the problem properly without disabling important Windows Services and without trying things take a look at either one of these discussions and apply them to your system and then see how things look:

I solved my problem stopping windows update, now my clu work in idle 1-5%. I use windows essentials, so stopping windows update will afpfect my pc.
