Windows Server 2016 - Verify WMI

Hi,

I am trying to verify that WMI (Windows Management Instrumentation) comes installed onto Windows Server 2016. I have a customer who is attempting to create a backup repository that is larger than 16TB (18TB to be exact), but is encountering an error that he cannot exceed 16TB for the volume.

Is the presence or no-presence of WMI causing this error?
