An application keeps minimizing my programs?

My family has a Windows 10 computer that we all use. On my account, and only on mine, a small black screen keeps popping up while I'm browsing or playing a game. If I'm playing a game, it minimizes my program. It doesn't do anything while I'm simply browsing, but sometimes a game closes when I'm doing something important. Also, it only pops up for about half a second, and then it's gone. Please help.

Hi,

Updates are additions to software that can help prevent or fix problems, improve how your computer works, or enhance your computing experience.

I would recommend you to check for latest Windows Updates. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates. If you have any pending updates remaining to install, kindly install them and check if it helps.

I suggest you to scan your computer with Microsoft Safety Scanner, which would help us to get rid of viruses, spyware, and other malicious software. The Microsoft Safety Scanner is a free downloadable security tool that provides on-demand scanning and helps remove viruses, spyware, and other malicious software. It works with your existing antivirus software.

Also refer to this link: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/how-find-remove-virus

(Applies to Windows 10 as well).

Note: The Microsoft Safety Scanner expires 10 days after being downloaded. To rerun a scan with the latest anti-malware definitions, download and run the Microsoft Safety Scanner again.

Disclaimer: Any data files that are infected may only be cleaned by deleting the file entirely, which means there is a potential for data loss.

Hope this helps. If the issue remains unresolved, please get back to us and we would be happy to help.

Thank you.
