Surface RT error 0x0000005c repair

Today  got this error after a full recovery how can i fix it. I already tried to boot with volume down and with volum to try enter i. Safe mode or boot with USB without sucess. Urgent need it to work.

Try the methods in this link (different stop code yet same fix) :

If that does not help you will need Surface Support.

    I have the same problem windows RT was updated to W8.1 and when trying to do a factory reset just came out the message: Your PC needs to restart Please hold down the power button. error Code: 0x0000005C Parameters: 0x00000110 0x05250631 0x00000014 0xC0000001 and I can not enter the Bios with the + and On buttons, it only stays on black screen and does not turn on, I try to boot with button - and on, and I get the same error HELP

    Thank you so much. Had some issues with c:\boot not found and 0 install bcd but all got resolved. Great support
