Using Win 10 and Office 2016/Outlook 2016.

I keep getting a persistent error report whenever I use MS outlook to send/receive email on the xtra.co.nz server:- all of my setting are correct per instructions from the Spark web page. The error report states “Outlook Send/Receive Progress 1 of 2 Tasks have completed successfully. Tasks Errors: Task Brent Doncliff - Receiving' reported error (Ox800CCC90): 'Your incoming (POP3) email server has reported an internal error. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP). The server responded: -ERR [SYS/TEMP] problem retrieving message.'”. How can this error be fixed? I have tried to discuss this with my ISP but they say because Outlook is a 3rd party product they are not interested.
