Hello
I'm trying to install .NET Framework 3.5 on Windows 8.1 but getting error code 0x80070490 no matter if the installer is offline or online version. I reset all network as well and tried different Wi-Fi and Wi-FI hotspot that go though my phone to 3G but it still won't install and give me error code 0x80070490. Uninstall anti-virus and dsiable firewall doesn't solve the problem
