after cloning my hard drvie the only one program not starting is Visio 2010 64 bit (running WIN 7 Pro 64 bit), always getting those messages:
-Visio failed to start correctly last time. Starting Visio in safe mode will help ................

  • Starting in safe mode, Visio is repairing without showing any issue.
  • After repair whilst starting Visio the message
    "Visio could not find this template.
    Microsoft Visio cannot install the necessary files due to Windows installer error 1605.
    This action is only valid for products that are currently installed."
    any idea how to solve, thank you

    @eltigre None of your products are supported anymore.
    For Visio:
    Listing | Start Date | Mainstream End Date | Extended End Date
    Visio 2010 | 07/15/2010 | 10/13/2015 | 10/13/2020

    For Windows 7:
    After 10 years, support for Windows 7 ended on 14 January 2020.
    We know change can be difficult, so we are here to help you with recommendations for what to do next and to answer questions about the end of support.

    Upgrade both OS and Visio to the newest version.

    @eltigre

    As KoprowskiT said, Microsoft stops supporting Office 2010 and Windows 7. For a better Office experience, it is recommended to upgrade the Office product.

    In my opinion, although you have cloned the hard drive, you'd better reinstall Office, as some Office registry keys may be damaged.
