Coexistence with Ex16: not really sure if it is supported now, check this for your referrence:http://techgenix.com/improving_coexistence_between_lotus_notesdomino_and_microsoft_exchange/

    Migration to o365: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/mailbox-migration/migrate-from-lotus-notes
    Migration to Ex16:

    1. By importing the pst file, which might be slow: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/recipients/mailbox-import-and-export/mailbox-import-and-export?view=exchserver-2019
    2. By 3rd-party tool, choose one looks safer, no recommendation.
