I refuse to accept that there is no command to factory reset my laptop through cmd prompt. please tell me what is without any other nonsense just the command.

I got the bsod. have never backed up my laptop and it refuses to reset. I'm willing to lose everything if I could only get it to reset but am at a total lose after spending many many hours online trying. so if you could please post the command to reset through command prompt I'd really appreciate it thanks
