Server sizing guide for asp.net application

We need to deploy an asp.net 4.0 web application over internet. Application will be used by 2000 concurrent users. Application has interface with 5 other systems which pulls data, processes and present it to users. This new application is rich in UI.

What is the best hardware configuration for this requirement?

Is there any online server sizing tools available?

Please suggest.
