multiple network and no internet problem!

Hello, I am using wired network when i connect to my broadband connection it connect but i can't access to internet. When i go to network properties it says multiple network and cross sign in front of it. after troubleshoot on detection details> NetworkConfiguration.cab > ipconfig.all it is giving me this can anybody see where is problem and how to solve it?

    Hi,

    To resolve this concern, please follow the methods below:

    Method 1:

    1. Click on the Start menu and then select Control Panel.
    2. Select Network and Internet and then click on View network status.
    3. At the left pane of the page, click on Change adapter settings.
    4. Right click on Local Area Connection and then select Enable/Disable.

    Method2:

    1. Click on the Start menu and search for Device Manager.
    2. Expand the Network Adapters field. This will show all the listed network adapter installed in the computer.
    3. Right click on the adapter and select Uninstall and then click on OK when prompted.
    4. Once the adapter has been uninstalled, click on the Scan for hardware changes to search for and reinstall the correct adapter.
    5. If the device is successfully installed, it will show back up under the Network Adapters.
    6. Restart your computer and see if the connectivity issue has been resolved.

    Method 3:

    If the issue persist, reset Windows Socket through Command Prompt:

    1. Click on the Start menu and search for Command Prompt.
    2. Point your mouse and right click on Command Prompt and then select Run as administrator.
    3. Type the following commands, and press Enter after each command:
    • netsh int ip reset reset.txt
    • netsh winsock reset
    • netsh advfirewall reset
