Bootloop after Hibernating

So i was hibernate my laptop when im going home from school. and when im arrive at home i try to turn on the laptop. but suddenly it restarting by itself before reach the starting windows screen. it is repeating by itself. i search the internet and they says i have an "infinite bootloop/eternal bootloop". oh yeah my laptop series is Toshiba Satellite T135.

PS. i have a dualboot with another windows 7

please give me an answer..

    1. no. i think im not making any changes before my laptop is having the issue
    2. no. i dont see any error messages like bluescreen or something

    i try to do the advanced startup options that you suggest. but it doesnt show the menu. is pressing the F8 button is before the "bios screen" or after it?

    btw, thanks again for the reply. i really appreciate it. and sorry if my english is bad and a kind of rude. im from indonesia

    Hi,

    You need to press F8 before the Windows logo appears. If the Windows logo appears, you'll need to try again by waiting until the Windows logon prompt appears, and then shutting down and restarting your computer.
