Go to Start > Administrative Tools > Services > (right-click) Start as Administrator > Windows print spooler service > restart

If the print spooler service restarts then try printing

IF the print spooler service restarts but you aren't able to print right away then try reinstalling your printers again

IF the print spooler service fails to stop and throws an error message, then enter "cmd" in the run box and enter "sfc /scannow" and the system will provide you with additional error messages that you can use to troubleshoot your print spooler service error.
