Automatic Shutdown after installing 10 optional updates

Dear Microsoft,

I have a Samsung ativ tab 500 with windows 8 preinstalled OS, and i upgraded it to windows 8.1.

In my upgraded OS ( windows 8.1) i made a "manual" system restore point, before installing one of these 10 "optional" updates (1- Intel - Other hardware - Intel(R) Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Manager Download size: 5.4 MB, 2- Update for Windows 8.1 (KB3013769)Download size: 223 KB, 3- Update for Windows 8.1 (KB3072019)Download size: 457 KB, 4- Update for Windows 8.1 (KB3084905)Download size: 1,001 KB, 5- Update for Windows 8.1 (KB3102429)Download size: 18.8 MB, 6- Update for Windows 8.1 (KB3184143)Download size: 11.9 MB - 12.0 MB, 7- Update for Windows 8.1 (KB3185279)Download size: 22.5 MB, 8- Broadcom - Bluetooth Controller - Broadcom Serial Bus Driver over UART Bus Enumerator Download size: 831 KB, 9- Wacom Technology Corporation - Other hardware - Wacom Device Download size: 1.4 MB, and finally Reliability Rollup for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 on Windows 8.1 (KB3186208)Download size: 38.9 MB), but after installing them the tablet shuts down automatically after 10 seconds from login, and i can't stay more than 10 seconds every time i login in. I try to use a system restore point option but I didn't find any, so i have to recover my tablet to windows 8 preinstalled OS, and when I upgraded it again to windows 8.1 the same problem appears after installing the same 10 optional updates, but in this time i was lucky to find an automatic system restore point which resolve the problem.

My question is: what's make my tablet shuts down automatically after installing these 10 optional updates? and why I didn't find my manual system restore point in my first attempt?

Best regards

Update: After my post, i "try every single update", and i found the problem in the first optional update **(1- Intel - Other hardware - Intel(R) Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Manager Download size: 5.4 MB)**which causes the same problem for the third time, So please  MICROSOFT  have to make  an attention for this optional update.

This is happening to me now too. I have a Samsung Ativ Tab 3 tablet, which has been running Windows 8.1 flawlessly forever. Yesterday I ran windows update (it had been a couple of months since last updating) and received a number of updates. While applying the updates, I got the Shutting Down message, and the tablet shuts down.

Now, every time I start it up, it lasts through the login, and just as it gets to the desktop, it shuts down.

I can boot into Safe Mode without issue.

So last night, I did a full wipe and reload - back to Windows 8. I installed Windows 8, no problems. Added all the Windows 8 updates, no problems. Upgraded to Windows 8.1 through the store, no problems. Applied all the Windows 8.1 updates.... and, boom, I have the shut down behavior again.

I'm going to reload again, and ignore that update, and hope it helps.

    THANK YOU!

    Glen

I contacted Intel, and I received this reply: "After further research this looks to be a Corrupted system file. Please try testing this tool from MS:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/929833/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-or-corrupted-system-files

In worse case, reinstalling the OS may be needed".

Now, i'm using Windows 10 home single language 32bit, so I can't check the tools, but I wish if it could help the others who have this problem.
