Errors while launching games

most of the time i install games i see this error tried a lot including installing C++ update... direct x update... tried to install direct x sdk but it shows some error s1072 i guess... kindly help

i have hp notebook 15 141 and windows 10 pro

i have tried game like ... KOF XIII, skyrim , battlefield 4, doom but nothing works

    Actually ive never seen a basic update C++ for a operating system,all updates and installations

    specifically by default

     refer to C++ year 2010/2012/13/15/etc..

    Win update catalog shows the same,however it shows limited updates..As for youre problem,1st

    you need to be an administrator to install any software,chk user account,remove parental software,

    once set/restart pc,see if parental is in use.To verify,open run or cmd,type: services.msc  scroll to

    parental,double click,set to manual or disable,if running.If Win refuses to editing,on pc start,tap the

    F8 key,select normal safe-mode,re-edit the above..As for Direct X,in run,or cmd,type:  DXDIAG

    run the Direct X tests
