Hello All,

We are running IBM Sterling commerce EDI application on Windows 2012 Data center version, the server is on VM and since installation time (did 3-4 months back) we have not done Windows patches or updates. Since last few days we are observing that when we are working on our EDI application, suddenly application crashes with message " IBM Sterling Gentran Server for Microsoft Windows has stopped working" and when we checked the event viewer we found that its because of KERNELBASE.DLL, please see the event viewer information.  We have also tried to start the application with Run as Administrator, but no use. Request you to kindly help us to resolve this issue.
