Microphone constantly muting itself! (Please help)
(It should be noted this is a Line-in headset, as in my mic and headphones plug into the green and pink jack) My mic has been doing this for 4 days and I haven't found sany fix to it at all, and I've been searching for days, and hours. Allow Other apps to take exclusive control is off, I disabled Automatically adjust microphone volume in skype, I set the Communications option To Do Nothing. Theres no svchost.exe under my name, and yes i've tried restarting. All my audio drivers are up to date, The soundcard is firmly placed still, I went into event viewer and these were two errors I got "Engine Glitch: CP Server Output Endpoint - Read Pointer Overwrite: pCCrossProcessServerOutputEndpoint=[0x5aae310070] WriteOffset=[2908] ReadOffset=[2908] BytesToWrite=[440]" Also another error was "Engine Glitch: CP Server Input Endpoint - Starvation: pCCrossProcessServerInputEndpoint=[0x229a651ff0] WriteOffset=[2048] ReadOffset=[2048] BufferSize=[7680] BytesAvail=[3840]" I've googled everything possibly imaginible with those errors, and my mic muting itself. Please help, this has been going on for almost a week now. Yes I already scanned for viruses with Malware Anti-Bytes, and I deleted whatever it considered a virus or threat, and it still didn't fix my issue. Please! HELP!

2016-11-08T02:03:34+00:00 Hi,
To isolate your concern, we would like to ask a few questions:
- Does your PC come with a built-in microphone?
- Have you tried using a different microphone?
- Have you updated the latest audio driver?
For driver updates, we suggest you to visit your manufacturer's website or contact your OEM directly.
