So what you're saying is that it's normal for my event viewer to not record internet browser crashes?
That's all I wanted to know thanks.

I just had a problem where one program (Mozilla Firefox) crashed. According to the crash report made by Mozilla it was a shutdown hang. However, for some reason, my event log didn't record the event.
Is there something wrong with my event log or does it not report those kinds of program crashes?

Hello,
A report dialog box appears when your browser closes unexpectedly and lets you submit a crash report to developers. This would not show in the Event Viewer due to reports are automatically sent directly to your browser's support. For further assistance, we suggest contacting them.
Hope this answers your concern.
Regards.
