Web popup from https://support.microsoft.com claims i'm infected and asked me to call toll free number

Hi guys,

recently i received this pop up, as you can see it even have a tab "Microsoft corporation [US]" before their weblink

the web itself shows "https://support.microsoft.com"

it's weird though as i don't believe it's from microsoft. upon going to microsoft webpage, it doesnt shows the tab before their weblink as below

i'm unable to find below toll free number in microsoft webpage or google as well.

could anyone confirm to me if this is a scam? if so how could they mask their webpage.

    It's a scam. Use the Task Manager to exit the browser. Reboot and see if the pop-up goes away.
