Temp folder in Windows directory server2008r2

Hi , lately i am running out of space in c drive which was windows 2008 r2 server installed , after doing an folder scan i have found that the path C:\Windows\Temp , has taken a lot of space some 49gb , is it safe to delete those file and also clear the logs in C:\Windows\Logs\CBS ?
