Wouldnt help since this motherboard isnt the orginal in my case, I put it in there a couple weeks ago and it just now quit having sound. I didnt change anything from the time it worked it just.... Quit recognizing the sound devices as plugged in. They show as on in the sound settings but the volume control shows them as as unplugged
Sound Not Working
My computer keeos saying that speakers or an audio device is unplugged. Ive tried reinstalling drivers for bith realtek and AMd HD audio, none worked. My mobo is a Gigabyte FA68HM-H with AMD A8-7600 Raedon R7 APU and 2 GB of ram. Alternatively i also have an Nvidia Geforce 730 that also plays no sound only video. Im using an HDMI cord by the way

It seems that the motherboard that you installed caused the audio not to work. We suggest contacting your motherboard's manufacturer for repair or replacement.
