it is using 4.2gb /8gb just for non paged pool+ the other stuff my ram always at 99% lagging

this is the output from poolmon.exe
i noticed that the ram has high usage its a 8 gb ram but 4.2gb in the non-paged pool i tried to check it using poolmon.exe and notice that irp is using alot of it
