error 372 ocx

"Error 372 - Failed to load control 'VSPrinter' from VsView6.ocx. Your version of VsView6.ocx may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application." 

I need a fix for this error all solutions tell me to down files from links and my antivirus says they are unreliable. Can Microsoft help? A solution is needed for this error to be fixed. the article doesn't provide a solution but why the error is appearing. I also need tools support or advised by microsoft.
